Peta is a registered BHS Fellow, and a SSA `A` Instructor. She has attended a Child Protection Course and has a current Equine Specific First Aid Certificate. She will teach all levels of pupils, including disabled pupils and pupils aiming for Paralympic events. She also enjoys teaching nervous and less able pupils, helping them to reach targets they thought were unattainable.

She coaches all levels of competition riders, from leading rein competitors upwards, in side saddle, show jumping, endurance, eventing and dressage. She also prepares candidates for Pony Club, Riding Club, Side Saddle Association and BHS examinations of all levels.

She will teach individual or group lessons, and also teaches at Pony Club on a regular basis. She will teach stable management, and also prepare candidates for the lungeing sections of exams. She will help candidates prepare for the BHS Preliminary Teaching, Intermediate Teaching, and the coaching side of the BHSI and FBHS if required.

Pupils Peta has taught have qualified for and been placed at the Royal International Horse Show and HOYS. She has trained riders who have been in teams, including training a young rider who went on to win a silver medal for Great Britain in the Young Riders Eventing Championships. She has taught many side saddle national champions, as well as people aiming for Pony Club Teams, Riding Club Teams, or who just want to win a class at a local show.

Peta is passionate about training pupils of all levels, and took the decision to leave Hartpury and teach freelance, as she particularly enjoys the variety of horses and pupils that she meets through her freelance work.
